B’Twin RR 920 L-S, Warm Aero Fit Base Layer Review

B’Twin RR 920 Warm Aero Fit Base Layer

What they say: This base layer will protect you on the coldest road and mountain bike rides.

What we say: Made largely from a polyamide, elastane mix this base layer from Decathlon may be the cheapest here but it’s still a quality product. The softness of the fabric and the flatlock stitching used to hold its various panels together ensure high levels of comfort.

With an aero fit, perforation under the arms and down the back enhances its breathability. The front, meanwhile, features a solid windproof polypropylene panel that shields you from icy blasts, while elasticated cuffs prevent cold breezes from sneaking up your sleeves. The result is a base layer that’s best suited to very cold rides. Available in sizes XS-XXL.

Conclusion: Impressively technical particularly for the price. Will serve you well in deep winter.
