Le Col Pro Jersey Review

Le Col Pro red jersey.

What they say: The Pro jersey is Racewear available to all. Most suitable for races or competitive club rides.

What we say: Designed with input from Le Col founder and former pro racer Yanto Barker and wind-tunnel tested, the know-how that’s gone into this one is evident from the get-go. Made from a premium four-way stretch material that’s 81% Polyester and 19% Elastane, this has definitely been designed with racing in mind.

The cut is aero and close-fitting rather than relaxed, with silicone grippers on the sleeves and along the hem to ensure that this stays in place in while you stay slippery sleek. The full-length zip at the front also has the lock-down device often found on race orientated jerseys-which means that when the zip puller is down, the jersey won’t work itself open, and when its up, you can easily pull the jersey apart without the need to fiddle with the zip.

The zip garage, short storm flap at the top of the zip and the flatlock stitching used throughout, also minimize the possibility of chaffing or irritation. Three rear pockets live around the back, alongside a zippered security one with a waterproof lining. Also available in black/gold, and in sizes XS-XXXL.

Conclusion: Pricey, yes, but there is plenty to love about this high-quality performance jersey.
