What we say: Rated to 130PSI, Crank Brothers Gem is the smaller of the Gem offerings, at 178mm long, yet still manages to do a great job thanks to its two pumping modes that either offer high pressure or high volume. The crossover is said to be 40PSI which made our test interesting, 80 strokes got us to 52PSI in HV mode but the last 20 were hard work. Presta and Schrader compatible the compression lever does a great job of holding the pump in place.
