Deda Superleggero Stem Review

Deda Superleggero Stem

As you’d expect from Italian component manufacturer Deda and its top range of stems called Superleggero this is one classy looking unit. Seeing as Leggero means ‘light’ in Italian it’s hardly a surprise that Deda has delivered just that, a very light unit, which helps justify the price.

Constructed from 7050 series aluminum it’s 3D forged for strength and features titanium bolts to give a weight that’s Iisted as 99 grams for the 110 mm version. Available in a single angle of eight degrees it comes in lengths from 8 to 14 cm and two finishes (polished logos on matt black or black with decals as seen here), the clamp diameter is exclusive to Deda at 31.7 mm.
