What they say: It’s fast, light, and supple. It features extremely low rolling resistance and superior cornering traction.
What we say: Currently available in just one size, that’s listed as 28c wide, ours measured 26.9 mm when inflated to 6 bar. The 2Bliss S-Works Turbo is constructed with a 120 thread per inch case, which incorporates Specialized’s BlackBelt flat protection system and is wrapped in Gripton rubber compound so you can expect good things.
Recommended inflation pressure is between 6 bar (85 psi) and 6.5 bar (95 psi) and the weight tipped the scales at 282 g each.
Being the S-Works option means it’s targeted at the top of the market and as such Turbo is all about road performance and concentrates on low rolling resistance and cornering traction rather than durability. Fitting was hard but possible with hands alone.
Conclusion: Performance orientated, the S-Works Turbo offers a twist for high-performance road users.
